I had a great experience with Premier Auto Shop. They were able to find the problem with my AC/Defrost quickly and fixed it. They also discovered an issue with my rear breaks and were able to replace those as well. Their staff were very transparent about everything going on with my vehicle and were incredibly friendly. I would definitely recommend their service!

This is the second time I brought my vehicle to Premier Auto Repair. I normally have all work performed at the dealerships. The pricing was reasonable and all issues were addressed satisfactorily. Kevin, my contact person was very communicative every step of the way and responded to all my inquiries. He was knowledgeable, professional and responsive. I highly recommend giving him a call if your vehicles need attention

I didn’t end up getting my car fixed here, as I was unable to afford it, but they were SO nice and offered me so many payment plans with great deals and no interest fees. They were super transparent with what was wrong with my and what needed to be fixed, and were very understanding when I told them I was unable to get it fixed at their location. They allowed me to pick up the car quickly, and when I arrived it was covered in snow, and they offered to clean it for me and didn’t charge me for the inspection they had done on the car to see what was wrong. Overall, they were extremely friendly and helpful and went way out of their way to be helpful, an I would highly suggest this place.

Had some scheduled maintenance intervals completed here as opposed to the dealer. Saved a couple hundred dollars without the headaches of dealing with a dealership (aka Stealership). Clean shop nice facilities. Will definitely be back. First time Customer now a repeat Customer.

I had an excellent experience at Premier Auto Body, thanks to Kevin and his outstanding customer service. From start to finish, Kevin was professional, communicative, and genuinely helpful. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and the quality exceeded my expectations. It’s clear they truly cares about their customers and takes pride in their work. I highly recommend Premier Auto Body and will absolutely return if I ever need repairs again!

I called at 4pm right after the Monday Thanksgiving travel weekend. Kevin said they were booked solid, but due to travel obligations I asked if they could fit me in. He made an appt for my 15min later and my car was ready at 5pm. The repair was very reasonable and no one tried to sell me anything extra. The problem was taken care of properly and I’ve had no problem since. While in the waiting room other customers talk about how great the service is and how friendly the staff is. Ashley, the manager, runs a great service team. Highly recommend!

Great experience at Premier! The communication was great and service top notch. I had an appointment scheduled on Black Friday and the shop decided to close. I was immediately contacted and offered a new appointment for Monday with complimentary loaner vehicle which was helpful. Also, they were able to source affordable tires for my car. The work was performed was also high quality. Would recommend!

This is my first time with Premier and I have to say it was a very easy and pleasant experience. All the of the staff I directly dealt with (Ashley, Beth and Kevin) were very friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain to me what my car needed and my car was ready on time. Many thanks as well to the technician who fixed my car, she’s running very nice now! 100 percent will recommend and come back for future needs.
